There is a free trial of MindOnMap you can use directly on your device after downloading and installing it. In this case, before you subscribe to MindOnMap, you can use it first to see if MindOnMap can satisfy you to avoid unnecessary orders.
If you have questions or encounter errors when using, you can contact our support team by emailing support@mindonmap.com to solve your problems before applying for a refund.
Refunds We Will Approve
MindOnMap offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, but the guarantee is not unconditional. Your refunds will only be approved in the following circumstances:
- Our product can't work on your device properly because of the hardware incompatibility issue, and our technical team can't solve the issue.
- Any other essential technical problems that our team can't solve are reported in the product during the money-back guarantee period.
- Subscribed to the wrong plan and wanted to change it to another plan in our subscription list.
- Subscribed to the same plan twice.
- Can't activate or launch the product with the help of our support team.
Refunds We Will Not Approve
- Dissatisfaction with the product's functions or results because of not reading the product's introduction and tutorial before subscribing. Hence, please read the description and tutorial carefully and use the free trial first.
- Any refund requests of payments on other unauthorized platforms or about credit card fraud.
- A refund request for the subscription that exceeds the money-back guarantee period.
- Request refunds for renewal orders without any special reasons or with only personal reasons like 'I don't want to use this software' etc. The automatic renewal can be canceled in the product at any time before deduction.
- Can't activate or launch the product without asking for help from our support team.
Please note that how to process your refund depends on the payment tool you used when you subscribed. Once your refund request is approved, you can't use the product without limitation.
