This Privacy Policy aims to notify you of what information will be collected, used, and shared by us when you explore our websites and/or use our products and services. And this Privacy Policy works with all websites, products, and services which belong to MindOnMap. With your approval, MindOnMap will legally collect your information to provide better services for you. In addition, the data we gather will not be sold or disclosed to any third party.
The following contents will let you know and understand what kind of information will be collected by us and how we use and protect them. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.
Information You Provide
While using services provided by MindOnMap, you may provide some personal information to us, like your name, e-mail address, phone number, and the password used to log in MindOnMap. We are committed to protecting them. And you can choose the usage of your information like how to use them for marketing purposes to your marketing preferences renewal at any moment. The mind maps, diagrams, and other content you create are stored under your account. We do not manually review your content, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties. Please note, however, that certain features require us to process your content automatically on our servers in order to work — this is described in the section "AI Features and Uploaded Content" below.
AI Features and Uploaded Content
MindOnMap offers AI-powered features (such as AI Mind Map, intelligent file/text analysis) and online image and file tools (such as image upscaling, background removal, and file conversion).
When you use these features, the content you enter or upload — including text, PDF files, images, and documents — is transmitted to and processed on our servers and, where necessary, by our third-party AI service providers, solely to generate the output you requested. In particular:
- We process your uploaded content only to perform the feature you requested and to return the result to you.
- We do not use your uploaded content to train our AI models or any third party's AI models, and we do not sell it.
- Uploaded files are retained only for as long as necessary to process your request and are then deleted or anonymized, unless you choose to save the result to your account.
- Our third-party AI providers act as our data processors under contract and are not permitted to use your content for their own purposes.
- Please do not upload content that you are not authorized to share, or that contains sensitive personal information, if you are not comfortable with this processing.
